Refund policy

We want you to love your BEYMOR order. If you're not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

How it works:

• Email us at connect@beymor.us with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return

Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away — we'll send a replacement or refund immediately, no return required.
